Louise Poliquin created GPWG Inc. in 1997 to help individuals and organizations cope with change and become happier and more effective at work. As a professional coach she draws on her far-reaching experience to help managers and employees in the public and not-for-profit sectors find sustainable solutions to professional and personal challenges.
Louise Poliquin holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the American University/National Training Laboratories Institute, an undergraduate degree in Social Work from the Université du Québec en Outaouais and another in Communications from the University of Ottawa. But it’s the thousands of hours of professional experience, her continuing education in all facets of human interaction, and her deep respect for others that set her apart.
Louise is open to the world and acts accordingly. She is a strong supporter of Plan international Canada, Amnesty International and Centraide Outaouais. She has a particular interest in intercultural work: she has lived in Haiti, and has worked with clients in Africa, the USA and all across Canada.
For more than a decade, Louise has been an active member of the Board of Directors of La Lanterne, an organization devoted to the well-being and support of adults with intellectual disabilities in her community.
She lives with her partner, in the Québec municipality of La Pêche.
